I’ve been sick. My wife’s been sick. The kids have been sick. Even the fucking dog’s been sick.

(We don’t have a dog.)

So I’ve been making very slow progress on this module. Hard to care about collocation and concordance too much when every time you cough you feel like you’re going to vomit. The posts on the units will thus be fairly brief until I’ve got back up to speed, as mustering up the energy just to do the coursework is tricky, never mind writing it up.

In a nutshell then, here’s my take on Unit 1 –
